Mission Statement Of Lisan Gallery of Art and Design

I am building a business that is focused on the development of the creative spirit. It is a space where anyone can feel comfortable to come enjoy the work and creative energy of others, learn how to tap into their own gifts, or simply find the right piece to embellish their home or workplace.

I will provide an outlet for artists that is different than anything else in the area. It will be a place that is constantly changing and offering new things, not only merchandise but services and ideas. Lisan Gallery of Art and Design is to be an inspiration to all that come in contact with us in some form or another.

For almost a year now I have had the best job in world ( ok most days). As January rapidly approachs so does our 1 year anniversary of being open for business. Things have changed a great deal since that chilly January night and will to continue to grow in change in the months/years ahead of us.

At present time we represent almost 60 artists and that number changes daily. I am happy to report that most of our artists are local talent at this point. It has been a lot of fun to show works done by people who live down the street. A lot of my customers are surprised at the amount of talent located right here in West St Paul. But it has also been exciting to bring work to the neighborhood from all over the world.

Anyways, I just wanted to take a minute to thank everyone who has been involved in this wild and crazy ride so far. I look forward to working with you in the next year as well as meeting new people who can bring fresh ideas and artwork to our door.
